What motivates me to be a Bare funeral arranger?

I think knowing that I can make a small amount of difference to someone’s worst days, means that I have succeeded. My goal in every conversation to a family is to make them smile or laugh, and if I have done that, then they have forgotten just for a moment the pain they are feeling.Also, being meticulously organised means that I can work quickly to ensure that communication is clear and concise.
