After losing your loved one, we understand that you would want their ashes returned back to you as soon as possible. We endeavour to do this at Bare and have a dedicated team delivering ashes across the country.
When will I receive my loved one’s ashes?
Once your loved one has been cremated, we will contact you to organise the most suitable means of returning your loved one’s remains to you. If in person, we will organise a time to hand deliver to you. Alternatively, we use registered and trackable service to deliver the remains back to you.
If you are collecting the ashes from the crematorium, we will reach out and contact you once the crematorium lets us know the ashes are available for you. This is usually 2-3 days after cremation, but wait until you hear from us and we will give you the necessary details for collecting the ashes.
If we are organising to bring the ashes home to you, we will reach out to you when the ashes are in our care. Once they are, we will contact you to organise returning your loved one’s ashes.
We deliver ashes home to many families each week and endeavour to do so at the earliest time possible. However, this can be up to 10 days from the cremation date. Our team will give you a call to schedule the day and time to bring them home to you.
If you need the ashes returned urgently, we suggest choosing to collect them from the crematorium, as this will be the fastest way to receive them.
